What Is the Sensory Garden?

The Sensory Garden is a freely accessible space in the spa park, where nature becomes part of relaxation and wellbeing. Each station focuses on one of the senses and invites you to slow down for a moment, notice the details, and explore the world through your eyes, ears, nose, hands and taste buds.

At Kúpele Dudince, we believe that wellbeing is nurtured not only through spa treatments but also through small, everyday moments – a walk in Búroš Forest Park, the sound of mineral water flowing from drinking fountains, the scent of herbs during aromatherapy in Fitpark, or the rough texture of travertine, a stone characteristic of Dudince. This is what inspired the Sensory Garden. It is not a spa treatment, but a space where movement, nature, relaxation and mindful awareness of the world around us come together.

What Can I Do and Discover in the Sensory Garden?

  • Stop at each station. Try the activity provided.
  • Read, observe, listen and explore.
  • Involve your family or friends.
  • Don't compare yourself to others – we all experience the world a little differently.
