Healing stays through a health insurance company

Treatment in Dudince: costs of treatment are partially covered by a health insurance company.

European Union citizens can take a spa treatment not only in their home country, but also in other EU member countries. Therefore we recommend clients to inform in their insurance company about the partial refunding of costs of the healing stay, the conditions and the scope of refunding before arriving for the planned spa treatment. It is important to receive the confirmation of partial costs refunding before starting the treatment. Client has to bring the confirmation to the spa including all the forms that are about to be confirmed by the spa doctor after the treatment is completed.

Client shall pay all the costs connected with the stay (directly in the check-in office; in advance by a wire transfer or in the travel agency). After the client returns home the health insurance company will refund him/ her a part of the costs (in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions of an agreement between the client and the health insurance company). Thanks to the partial refunding the treatment in the Spa Dudince becomes available in terms of price and even more advantageous.

Clients should not forget to bring their European health ID card (if they come from an EU member country) or other travelling health insurance card.
